Tennessee College of Applied Technology-Harriman’s Administrative Office Technology students organized an ice cream social to raise monies for the victims and families of the recent Orlando shooting. Available items included rainbow sherbet, various ice cream sundaes, and banana splits. Students and staff alike enjoyed the treats and contributed $260.80 which will be forwarded to the GLBT Community Center of Central Florida, a 501(c)(3) organization which is sponsoring a GoFundMe page in which 100% of proceeds will go to the victims and their families.
