TCAT-Harriman would like to congratulate our Outstanding Technical Student of the Year, Mr. Richard Owens, from our Machine Tool Technology program. Richard will now move on to compete in the East Tennessee Regional competition where finalists will be selected to compete at the state level, with the grand prize being a new car. Good luck to Richard as he moves forward in the competition.
